Currently Available Positions
Dental Assistants
We
are always looking for motivated, detail-oriented dental assistant.
The right candidate will be empathetic to anticipate and fulfill
patients’ needs, and be extremely reliable. We work a 5-day week,
no weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete
opening and closing office duties
·
Maintain
and prepare treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for dental
procedures.
·
Maintain
dental equipment as directed.
·
Greet
and prepare patients for treatment.
·
Take
and mount x-rays
·
Assist
the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
·
Record
patient info in chart/computer file.
·
Complete
necessary lab work.
·
Attend
continuing education as recommended.
·
Conduct
work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA,
HIPAA and MSDS guidelines.
·
Make
post-op calls to patients.
·
Actively
participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office
production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level
of patient service.
·
Assists
with other duties as needed.
Dental
Hygienists
·
We
are always looking for motivated, detail-oriented dental Hygienists.
The right candidate will be empathetic to anticipate and fulfill
patients’ needs, and be extremely reliable. We work a 5-day week,
no weekends. Under limited supervision, our Dental Hygienist
provides oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and
education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and
regulated by the state of Pennsylvania.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet
and prepare patients for treatment.
·
Maintain
dental equipment as directed.
·
Take
and mount x-rays
·
Patient
screening, medical history and dental charting.
·
Record
patient info in chart/computer file.
·
Examination
of the head, neck and oral cavity for disease.
·
Attend
continuing education as recommended.
·
Conduct
work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA,
HIPAA and MSDS guidelines.
·
Make
post-op calls to patients.
·
Actively
participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office
production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level
of patient service.
·
Assists
with other duties as needed.
·
Application
of fluoride and protective sealants.
·
Removal
of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gumline.
·
Provides
nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
·
Manages
difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to
patient needs.
·
Solicits
patient feedback to improve service.
·
Directs
Assistants and other auxiliary personnel.
